It Equipment And Allied Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement supply and installation of IT equipment and allied accessories as a complete package for the Elementary and Secondary Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Action to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education project. Procurement shall be conducted through national competitive bidding under the single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible reputed firms and general order suppliers must be registered with KPRA and FBR with valid NTN and Sales Tax status reflected on the Active Taxpayer List. Mandatory technical proposal documents include an affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted, detailed profiles of key team members and evidence of completed similar projects, together with the original CDR representing 2% bid security and scanned copy uploaded to EPADS. Bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS and the original CDR must be physically delivered before the closing time. The pre-bid meeting is to be held on 2 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the specified opening date and time in the presence of bidders or representatives. Courier postal hand delivery email and fax submissions are not accepted.
