Uniform Items For Special Students Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uniform items for special students for winter and summer seasons for financial year 2026-27. The procurement has an estimated total cost of PKR 4,999,000 and bid security of 2% amounting to PKR 99,980. Lot No. 01 covers winter uniform kits with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,200,000 and bid security of Rs. 44,000, while Lot No. 02 covers summer uniform kits with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,799,000 and bid security of Rs. 55,980. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by EP registered suppliers. Original hard copy bid security CDR in favor of the Principal must also be submitted before the e-bid closing time. Bidding shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure. The successful bidder must deposit performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Rates shall be quoted in Pak Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes.
