Construction or rehabilitation of a sewerage scheme on Multan Khanewal Road near Roomi Textile, Tehsil and District Multan. The estimated cost or bid price is Rs. 209,854,335 and bid security at 5% is Rs. 10,492,717. The work is based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 rates for District Multan and has a completion period up to 28 February 2027. Single stage two envelope bidding applies; only technically responsive bidders will have their financial bids opened. Bids must be uploaded through Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids are not accepted. Bid security is to be paid online through Bank of Punjab after generating the PSID. E-bid submission closes on 24 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and opening is at 11:30 AM. Contractors with Water Supply, Sewerage or Solar works codes in their PEC licence are required to quote, and documentary evidence of experience in Waste Water Oxidation Ponds or Treatment Plant work is required. Rates must be quoted against each DNIT or BOQ item and incomplete financial bids are non-responsive. Performance guarantee may be up to 10% of contract amount.
