Development Of University Walkways Tender Notice
Description
Development of walkway for Canteen, Medical Centre, Library and Jamia Masjid at GC Women University Sialkot (Imam Bibi Campus). The estimated cost is Rs. 24,955,919 and earnest money at 5% is Rs. 1,247,795. The required PEC category is C4 and above with CE-10, and the time limit is 03 months. The tender is based on item rates with amount and total bid cost according to approved DNIT under Rule 38(1) single stage single envelope. Contractors must be enlisted with PEC for the current financial year and produce the original PEC licence with the relevant code. Manual bids are not accepted and bid security must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System; no physical financial instrument including CDR is accepted. Bids close on 19 October 2026 at 12:00 PM and open at 12:30 PM. Rates must be quoted against each BOQ entry and incomplete financial bids are non-responsive.
