Description
Annual Rate Contract for Miscellaneous Stationery Items for Lahore High Court, Multan Bench, Multan for financial year 2026-2027. Total estimated cost is Rs.86,24,605 and bid security is 3% of the estimated value for each lot in the form of refundable CDR in favour of the Senior Additional Registrar, Lahore High Court, Multan Bench, Multan. Bidding follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Prices must be quoted in PKR inclusive of applicable taxes and proposals not conforming to specifications or requirements, including incomplete bids, will be rejected. Successful bidder must provide 7% performance guarantee, comprising the 3% bid security plus an additional 4%. E-bids must be submitted by 20 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM by the Purchase Committee. Samples of all items must be produced on the inspection date determined by the Purchase Committee.
