Procurement and supply of laboratory items for FY 2026-27 by the Common Management Unit (PSCM), with procurement reference P85912. Bidding uses Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection technique under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations, guidelines and instructions. Bid security is required in the amount specified in the Bid Security Section of the Bidding Document, in the permitted form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft or bid securing declaration in the specified format.
