Description
Procurement of a Photoluminescence (PL) Spectroscopy System as Lot #2 on C&F Lahore basis for Government College University Lahore. Estimated cost is Rs.22,720,000 and bid security is 1% amounting to Rs.227,200. Bidding follows Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The bid security must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement and the payment receipt attached; no physical CDR or Bank Guarantee is accepted. Bids must be submitted by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders must quote every item and the lowest evaluated bidder is determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the entire lot/package.
