Description
The Infrastructure Development Authority, Punjab, for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for procurement of General Medical Equipment Package No. 17, Lot-B on DDP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad, under reference P137595. Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will be used with Least Cost Based Selection. Bids must include bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents, including Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or bid securing declaration. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS v2.0 for registered bidders. E-bids must be submitted electronically by 04:00 PM on 21 October 2026 and will be opened at 04:30 PM the same day. Manual bids are not accepted. Pro Tip: Medical equipment, hospital equipment, clinical devices, healthcare technology and general medical supplies providers should ensure EPADS registration and complete DDP, technical and bid security requirements.
