Procurement Installation And Commissioning Of Generators Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, installation, commissioning, earthing and padding of two 30 KVA generators for Regional Offices at Bahawalpur and Sargodha on lump sum contract basis under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be firms, companies, sole proprietors or general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated procurement price is Rs.12,500,000 and Bid Security is 2% amounting to Rs.250,000. Bids must be submitted online and the scanned Bid Security receipt uploaded electronically. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 A.M. on 27 October 2026. Bid validity must be at least 120 days from the closing date and NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided.
