Annual Framework For Temporary Illumination Services Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework for hire charges of temporary illumination lights system at different places and events throughout Lahore for the year 2026-2027. The procurement is carried out through Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority E-Procurement on an item-wise basis, with item-wise lowest rates accepted, under Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure. The estimated cost is PKR 19,998,400 and Bid Security is PKR 400,000, to be submitted digitally online. Successful bidder must deposit performance security equal to 5% of the quoted amount before signing the contract. Eligible firms must have updated PEC License Electric Codes EE04, EE06, EE11(vi) and EE11(ix), valid Income Tax registration, Punjab Revenue Authority registration, a notarized E-Stamp affidavit confirming non-blacklisting, and experience of similar works totaling at least 20 million during the preceding two years, excluding individual works below 2 million.
