Framework Procurement Of Goods Services And Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of goods, services and works for District Council Layyah through Contract Framework for the year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs.158,806,993 and Bid Security at 5% is Rs.7,940,349. The bidding will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to eligible contractors, firms and manufacturers registered with PPRA and the Punjab E-Procurement Tendering System. Separate bidding documents for respective procurement activities are available free of cost through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid Security must be submitted only through digital online payment via the Punjab E-Procurement System linked with Bank of Punjab and physical CDR, Pay Order and Demand Draft will not be accepted. E-Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 23 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Where the lowest bid is more than 5% below DNIT, the lowest bidder must deposit 10% Performance Security.
