Procurement of biomedical equipment and non-biomedical equipment and other items for the ADP scheme Reconstruction and Revamping of Old TB Hospital as Campus of DHQ Hospital Pakpattan for FY 2026-27. Online Technical and Financial Bids are invited from suppliers, firms, companies, sole proprietors and General Order Suppliers registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Procurement is through open competitive bidding on free delivery at consignee's end basis. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 12:00 PM on 20 October 2026 and technical bids opened at 12:30 PM the same day. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost of quoted items is required, with hard copy of the financial instrument in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee submitted before closing time.
