Description
Prequalification and registration of LPDD bidders for supply of medicines and surgical disposables and medical devices on day-to-day basis for FY 2026-27. The procurement invites well reputed retail pharmacies holding Drug Sale License on Form 9 and located within 20 Km radius of the hospital to supply multinational, imported and national medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items as LP contractors. Performance guarantee is Rs.50,000. Closing time is 11:00 AM on 20 October 2026 and opening time is 11:30 AM the same day. The original performance guarantee or tender security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank must be delivered before closing time. Bid validity is 180 days and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 apply.
