Description
Revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad, comprising SH-I supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works and internal and external lights along with allied works at Jinnah Stadium, and SH-II supply, installation, testing and commissioning of security surveillance system. NIT amount is Rs.1,530 million and earnest money is Rs.50 million. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies with separate Technical Bid and Price Bid. Bidders must quote percentage above or below for Schedule Items and item rates for Non-Schedule Items. Mandatory requirements include valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, ATL status, non-blacklisting affidavit, PEC registration and bid security through bank draft, pay order or CDR. Pre-bid meeting is 08 October 2026 at 10:30 AM.
