Walk In Registration Of Local Purchase Medicine Vendors Tender Notice
Description
Walk-in registration of local purchase vendors on Day-to-Day basis for medicines, surgical and disposable items under the Local Purchase Day-to-Day (LPDD) arrangement of Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore for financial year 2026-27. E-bids or vendor registration shall be processed through Punjab e-Procurement, with 1% bid security of the estimated cost of articles or items where applicable. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening of bids and late submission of bid security in person will result in rejection. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The stipulated submission time is 10:30 AM on 27 October 2026 and opening is at 11:00 AM on the same day.
