Supply Of Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Supply of furniture under a procurement using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and Quality and Cost Based Selection technique. Eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids through EPADS v2.0. The technical proposal will be evaluated first and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will subsequently be opened. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft, or alternatively a Bid Securing Declaration in the prescribed format. Security clearance from AIG General, ICT Police is mandatory for eligible bidders. Manual or hard-copy submission of bids is not permitted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 12:00 Hrs on 22 October 2026 and opened at 12:30 Hrs on the same date.
