Framework contract for comprehensive annual repair and maintenance, including replacement of all parts, for three GE Logiq S-7 ultrasound machines and one GE Logiq P-6 ultrasound machine at SA Hospital Bahawalpur. The estimated cost is Rs. 7,000,000 and bid security is Rs. 140,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, with separate technical and financial proposals submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Earnest money must be deposited online at the prescribed rate. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
