Description

Framework contract for purchase of general store items for financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms and companies must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities, including NTN, GST and PRA where applicable. Bids shall be submitted electronically under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, with the amount to be determined according to the bidding documents. A 2% CDR must be submitted online, and the bid security receipt must be submitted by the bid opening time in addition to uploading its soft copy with the technical bid. Bids must be submitted online by 10:30 AM on 26 October 2026, and opening is scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same date. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Manual or hard copies of electronic bids are not required, and uploaded documents must be properly signed and stamped. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or incorrectly uploaded bids may be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024.
