The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab invites electronic bids for procurement of laboratory miscellaneous equipment under Package No. 18, Lot-F, on DAP and DDP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI-II) at G-11/3, Islamabad. The procurement reference is P142917. Eligible bidders must submit bids through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with the electronic bidding documents and specified technical requirements. The Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will be used, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Each bid must include the bid security specified in the bidding documents, in an accepted form such as pay order, banker’s cheque, call deposit or bank guarantee, or a bid-securing declaration in the prescribed format where permitted.
