Supply Of Emergency Response Tents Tender Notice
Description
Supply of emergency response tents for the Emergency Services Department, Government of the Punjab. The listed items comprise two 27-square-metre tents measuring 18 x 16 x 8 feet, two 18-square-metre tents measuring 12 x 16 x 8 feet, 15 personal tents measuring 7 x 3 x 3.5 feet, and four gazebo tents measuring 10 x 10 x 8 feet. The total estimated procurement cost is Rs. 8,155,650, and bid security is 2% of the estimated procurement value, payable electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible manufacturers and authorised distributors must be registered with the relevant tax departments in Pakistan and on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Complete bids and supporting documents must be uploaded as PDF files by 11:00 AM on 28 October 2026 and will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same date. Physical financial instruments, including CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees, will not be accepted as bid security. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidding documents are available free of charge through the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA website and Emergency Services Department website.
