Punjab Forensic Science Authority, Home Department, Lahore invites electronic bids from firms registered for sales tax and income tax for four framework contracts: stationery items under Reference FSA-709 with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,699,000; computer stationery items under FSA-710 with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,118,000; printing items under FSA-711 with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,919,000; and other or miscellaneous items under FSA-712 with an estimated cost of Rs. 9,397,000. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Interested firms must register on the platform to participate. Tender documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the tender documents must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 22 October 2026. Technical proposals will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same date. Manual bids will not be accepted. If the submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the submission and opening date. The Authority may reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
