Procurement Of Computer Stationery Toners And Office Supplies Tender Notice
Description
The Directorate of Post Clearance and Internal Audit (North), Islamabad invites bids from firms, suppliers and contractors registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for procurement during financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises five categories: computer stationery and toners; general stationery items; miscellaneous items; other stores; and uniforms and protective clothing. The Single Stage-One Envelope procedure will be followed. Each bid must include earnest money equal to 5% of the bid value in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favour of DDO Directorate of PC&IA (North), Islamabad. Tender documents, item lists and detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost from the procuring office during office hours. Applications and bids must be submitted online through the PPRA e-PADS portal by 12:00 PM on 23 October 2026 or within 15 days of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website, whichever is later. Because the notice does not provide the publication date clearly enough to calculate the alternative deadline, bidders should verify the applicable final submission date through the portal. The Directorate reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
