Prequalification For Government Vehicle Repair And Maintenan Tender Notice

The Directorate of Post Clearance and Internal Audit (North), Islamabad invites national applicants to prequalify for an open framework agreement covering repair and maintenance of government-owned vehicles. The arrangement is intended to provide services on demand through subsequent call-off contracts during the one-year framework period. Only prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. Interested applicants may access the prequalification documents through EPADS v2.0 and should review the eligibility requirements and application instructions before applying. The notice anticipates issuing invitations to bid to prequalified applicants on 7 October 2026 and signing the framework agreement with successful bidders on 23 October 2026 for one year. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 12:00 PM on Friday, 23 October 2026, and will be opened electronically at 12:30 PM on the same date. Manual applications will not be accepted. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 must complete registration before participation. The grievance redressal committee notification is available through the procuring agency and PPRA websites. Successful prequalification is a prerequisite for later bidding and does not itself guarantee a call-off contract or minimum service volume.
