Pakistan Red Crescent Society invites sealed bids from established and reputable advertising agencies to manage print media advertisements. Applicants must be accredited with the All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS); agencies suspended from APNS during the preceding two years are ineligible. Tender documents, terms of reference and submission requirements may be obtained from the PRCS Procurement Department against a non-refundable demand draft or pay order of Rs. 2,000 in favour of PRCS NHQ, Islamabad. Requests may be submitted on the applicant’s official letterhead at the stated address or emailed with a scanned request letter and payment instrument; documents are also available from the PRCS website. The notice states bid submission and opening on 20 October 2026, with submission closing at 3:30 PM and opening from 4:00 PM onwards.
