Supply Of Stationery And Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice

The Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan invites sealed bids from registered firms and vendors for supply of stationery and miscellaneous items for official use of the Court. Firms and vendors not already registered with the Court may apply for registration by submitting the prescribed registration form with a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 5,000. The registration form and bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, specifications, item-wise requirements and related information, are available free of cost on the Court’s official website or may be obtained from the Assistant Registrar (Procurement) for Rs. 500. The registration form must be placed in a separate envelope from the bid. Complete bids and registration documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Assistant Registrar (Procurement), Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, by 11:00 AM on 19 October 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. The Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure will be followed. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids by assigning reasons. Pro Tip: Stationery suppliers should review the item-wise schedules, ensure that the registration form is submitted separately from the bid, and distinguish the non-refundable registration fee from the separate Rs. 500 charge for obtaining physical documents. Confirm the Court’s registration and submission requirements before the deadline.
