Procurement of floor standing air conditioner units of 8 ton capacity along with related installation and associated services for designated areas including president lobby and auditorium - electronic bidding required through EPADS platform - bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized distributors registered with income tax and sales tax departments - bidding documents containing specifications terms conditions and requirements available online - submission must be completed electronically and manual bids are not accepted - bid security instrument submission mandatory before deadline - technical and financial bids will be opened in presence of procurement committee - evaluation will follow applicable procurement rules and criteria
