Procurement Of Medicines And Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous drugs and medicines and laboratory equipment for financial year 2026-2027. Bids must be submitted in separately sealed envelopes labelled for the relevant tender, by hand or through post or courier, no later than 1000 hours on 29 October 2026. Refundable bid security is required in the form of a call deposit receipt or bank draft amounting to PKR 0.47466 million for drugs and medicines and PKR 0.6 million for laboratory equipment, in the name of Inspector General Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (South). Tender proceedings will take place at 1100 hours on 29 October 2026 in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Specifications must meet the attached criteria. Bidders must provide an authorized distribution certificate, valid drug selling licence, one-year bank statement, tax registration and ATL list, country-of-origin information for equipment from the USA or Japan or equivalent, purchase order history, product authorization letter and equipment warranty of at least one to two years. Blacklisted firms and firms involved in legal disputes with government or other organizations will not be accepted. Applicable government taxes apply, and quoted prices cover the financial year, extendable only by mutual agreement.
