Description

Provision of architectural and engineering consultancy services for development projects at Fatima Jinnah Women University under the financial year 2026-27 budget. The scope includes detailed architectural and engineering designs - preparation of cost estimates using the latest MRS or market rates - preparation of tender documents and BOQs - assistance with bid evaluation and PPRA-compliant procurement - construction supervision - quality assurance - progress monitoring - progress reports and project documentation. The identified projects are installation of drinking water filtration and cooling plants with an allocated amount of PKR 11 million - indoor arrangement or building of a substation with PKR 12 million - upgradation and modernization of the main entrance - security management and access control system with PKR 18.327 million - paved roads from Gate No. 3 to the Sports Complex - Science Block - C Block and Squash Court with PKR 23 million - formulation of the Campus I master plan based on existing topographic survey after remodeling of the Katchery Chowk project with PKR 0.5 million. Consultancy firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council or PCATP as consulting firms, have at least five years of relevant experience, employ qualified technical staff and provide NTN and GST or PST registration certificates. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 26 October 2026 at 11:30 AM at the P&D Directorate. Separate technical and financial proposals must be submitted in sealed form by 3 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will open at 11:30 AM on the same day. Proposal validity is 90 days, extendable by another 30 days. The consultancy period is 12 months or until completion of assigned projects, whichever is later. Incomplete - conditional or late proposals will not be entertained.
