Purchase Of Computer Tables And Chairs Tender Notice

Purchase of computer tables and chairs, with quantities and detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents and an estimated cost of 4.368 million. Eligible firms - companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax and sales tax. Bidding will be conducted electronically on a lot-wise basis under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-procurement system before the closing deadline. Bid submission closes on 28 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will open on 28 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system.
