Procurement Of Gpu Server For Monitoring And Evaluation Tender Notice
Description
Supply of a GPU server for the Directorate-General Monitoring and Evaluation, Planning and Development Board, Government of Punjab. The estimated procurement value is PKR 60,000,000 and bid security is 2%, amounting to PKR 1,200,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading must be registered with the relevant registration and tax authorities, including income tax and sales tax where applicable. Procurement will use open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete technical and financial proposals, duly signed and stamped and compliant with the bidding documents, must be uploaded through the Punjab e-procurement system by 30 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Technical proposals will open at 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security must be submitted electronically in the prescribed form under Rule 27. Applicable taxes will be deducted under government rules, and the procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35.
