Description
Construction and repair of reinforced cement concrete manholes and manhole covers under Phase III of the Annual Development Program 2026-27 in District Mandi Bahauddin. The estimated cost is PKR 4,950,000 and earnest money is PKR 247,500, representing 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible contractors must be registered on the e-procurement system and with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for financial year 2026-27. Estimates are based on MRS second biannual 2026 and local market rates. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure, with tender documents uploaded through the designated electronic procurement portal by 30 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will open on the same day at 2:00 PM in the District Council hall in the presence of participating contractors or their representatives. Conditional tenders will not be entertained, and selection will be on the least-cost basis. Bids quoting more than 4.99% below the technical sanction estimate require additional performance or quality-assurance security equal to the difference between the estimated cost and quoted amount, within the prescribed period. Submission of forged documents or security instruments may lead to legal action.
