Description

Provision of internet services for the University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore, for a period extending until 30 June 2027, with an estimated cost of PKR 4,140,000 for the complete package and bid security of PKR 82,800 representing 2% of the estimated cost. The service may be extended for a further three months subject to approval by the higher authority. Eligible internet service providers must be registered with the relevant income tax - sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities, possess a valid Professional Tax Certificate issued by the Excise and Taxation Department, and be registered on the Punjab government e-procurement system. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding, with bid validity of 180 days. Complete electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-procurement system by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will open on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the prescribed system in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. Bids must comply with the technical specifications and scope of services in the bidding documents. Incomplete - unsigned - unstamped - late or incorrectly submitted bids will not be evaluated. The lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate for the complete package. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value through online transfer using the e-procurement system or Bank of Punjab. The guarantee will be refunded after successful completion of the contract. The procuring agency reserves the right to terminate the procurement before issuance of the contract agreement.
