Procurement Of Hardware Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement and purchase of hardware items including desktop PC core system UPS 1KVA LED TV 65 inch cordless phone and laptop ultra 7 with quantities as per requirement under digital transformation phase II. Bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure with least cost method under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended. Each lot will be bid separately and contracts awarded lot wise. Bid security required as 3 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order. Original bid security must be submitted before deadline at procurement office. Pro Tip Ensure separate lot bidding and timely EPADS submission with original bid security.
