Procurement includes construction of flood protection works across multiple locations in Upper and Lower Dir including - works along both sides of Panjkora River from Shalpalam to Andherai Khwar and tributaries - works along lift side Panjkora River from Danwah to Shagoo Kass and tributaries - works along Maidan Khwar and tributaries - works at Byar Barikot Pathrak Salool Sheringle and adjoining areas - works at U C Darora Bibyawer and Dir Nullah and tributaries - works at Nehag Khwar and Kaaro Khwar and tributaries - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under KPPRA rules - electronic bids must include separate technical and financial proposals in PDF format - bidders must have valid PEC registration KPRA registration and active NTN with FBR - bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost required along with additional CDR of PKR 5000 for tender document charges - pre bid meeting scheduled on 06-04-2026 at 12:00 PM - technical bids will be opened on 13-04-2026 at 12:30 PM while financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened later - bids must comply with EPADS submission requirements and include all mandatory documentation Pro Tip Ensure proper uploading of separate technical and financial bids with all required certificates and original CDR submission to avoid disqualification
