Procurement includes rehabilitation of flood damaged infrastructure in various areas of Tehsil Serai Naurang District Lakki Marwat including civil works under ADP scheme - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure under KPPRA rules - bidders must submit electronic bids along with scanned documents and submit original bid security of 2 percent in form of call deposit receipt before closing time - bids must include tender form BOQ PEC license KPRA and FBR registration and other mandatory documents - bids will be opened same day in presence of bidders - incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected and tie cases may be decided through draw Pro Tip Ensure submission of both electronic and hard copy bid security with complete documentation to qualify for evaluation
