Execution of multiple irrigation works including desilting berm cutting and re sectioning of canal minors such as Kamal Pur Minor Jahan Pur Minor Said Wah Minor Ali Wah Minor Fateh Pur Sub Minor Kassi Ahmad Shah Minor and Ganga Minor covering specified RD ranges to restore water flow and irrigation efficiency - procurement will be conducted through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure under PPRA rules - bidders must be PEC registered and submit bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR or bank guarantee with physical submission before deadline - bids will be opened electronically and performance guarantee required for successful bidder Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete BOQ rates and timely bid security to qualify evaluation
