Description
Maintenance works including - judicial court complexes - officer colonies - rest houses - offices - residential buildings including distemper paint electrical works tile work and structural repairs ensuring facility upkeep and operational readiness across multiple sites. Procurement will be conducted through e-PADS under single stage single envelope bidding procedure with online submission of bids. Bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in acceptable financial instruments. Bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on the same day and evaluated under PPRA Rules 2014.
