Annual Maintenance And Supply Services For Municipal Operations Tender Notice

Electronic bids are invited for annual framework contracts for multiple municipal services including repair and rewinding of electric motors transformers water works disposal pumps turbine pumps and switch starters - repair and rehabilitation of sewer lines and water supply pipelines at various locations - repair and maintenance of machinery including dewatering machines tractors trollies petrol engines generators and official vehicles - repair renovation and restoration of public parks - provision and installation of street lights and other electrical items; bidders must be registered contractors and submit bids through e-procurement system under applicable procurement rules; bids must include bid security in the form of CDR equal to 5 percent of estimated cost issued by scheduled bank; bids will be submitted electronically and opened in presence of bidders and evaluated based on compliance and lowest financial offer; all applicable taxes will be deducted as per government policy and conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected; Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure submission of valid bid security and complete compliance with technical and procedural requirements to avoid disqualification.
