Hiring consultancy services for feasibility study and detailed design of water supply schemes for district headquarters including Athmuqam Bagh Rawalakot Mirpur and Bhimber under approved scheme services include feasibility analysis engineering design and planning procurement through single stage two envelope procedure using quality and cost based selection bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having relevant experience and valid registration proposals must include technical and financial bids with bid security amounting Rs 1500000 in form of bank draft or cheque pre proposal meeting scheduled proposals must be submitted in hard binding form and financial bids opened later as per RFP instructions Pro Tip Short Paragraph carefully review RFP eligibility requirements prepare compliant technical proposal and ensure inclusion of bid security to qualify evaluation
