Raising and protection of masonry flood bund and allied structures including complete civil works on item rate basis under single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 requiring PEC registered contractors PRA registration professional tax documentation CNIC and BOQ submission with item rates along with 5 percent earnest money in form of bank guarantee or CDR with mandatory physical submission of original instruments and bid opening as scheduled and performance guarantee 10 percent requirement for successful bidder Pro Tip Short Paragraph Ensure submission of both electronic and physical bid security documents to avoid disqualification
