Auction of surplus unserviceable condemned and obsolete items on as is where is basis including assets located at regional offices and project sites with inspection visits scheduled between 21-04-2026 to 03-05-2026 during office hours from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM - Interested bidders must obtain bidding documents upon submission of written request with non refundable fee of Rs 1000 and submit complete bids along with pay order equal to 25 percent of total bid amount as security deposit - Bid submission deadline is 04-05-2026 till 12:00 PM and bids will be opened same day at 12:30 PM - PPRA rules apply and authority reserves right to reject bids Pro Tip Short Paragraph Visit sites during inspection window to assess assets before bidding submission
