Description
Procure human resource services including staffing and operational support for digital platforms under framework contract for one year under single stage two envelope bidding procedure requiring submission of technical and financial proposals through EPADS with bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost equivalent to PKR 2.4 million and estimated cost of PKR 120 million while technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day with eligibility requiring registered firms on EPADS and compliance with procurement rules Pro Tip: Demonstrate relevant HR service experience and digital platform support capability
