Office Renovation And Furniture Fixtures Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Construction and renovation of office for Deputy Commissioner East Karachi including residence along with provision and installation of furniture fixtures and equipment under development project with completion period of 2 months - bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS using single stage one envelope method - tender fee of PKR 3000 and bid security of PKR 500000 in shape of call deposit or pay order must be attached with technical proposal - bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM and technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders - only technically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened later as per rules - eligibility requires valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category along with active registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board - bidders must submit affidavit confirming no blacklisting and correctness of documents - experience of at least one similar project of 80 percent value or two projects of 50 percent value in last three years required along with completion certificates - financial capacity must be supported with turnover equal to project cost and submission of tax returns - incomplete conditional or late bids will be rejected Pro Tip Ensure EPADS registration and submission of complete technical documents including bid security to qualify
