Prequalification of bidders for provision of outsourced manpower services including managerial staff heads of training institutes and instructional staff for vocational training institutes across Punjab with estimated annual cost of PKR 287.112 million - applications to be submitted electronically through EPADS in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under prequalification procedure before subsequent open competitive bidding - prequalification documents available free of cost from PPRA website EPADS portal and official website - applicants must submit scanned applications online and must be registered on EPADS - applications will be opened at 11:30 AM on same day in presence of applicants representatives - eligibility criteria includes compliance with rules and submission of required documentation as specified in prequalification document - late or incomplete applications will not be considered Pro Tip Ensure EPADS registration and complete submission of all required prequalification documents to qualify for bidding stage
