Outsourcing provision of CT scan and MRI diagnostic imaging services at multiple hospitals including DHQ Hospital Timergara DHQ Hospital Kohat DHQ Hospital Swat THQ Hospital Takht Bhai DHQ Hospital Batkhela and Category D Hospital Gara Tajik under public private partnership model - scope includes design financing installation establishment operation management and maintenance of diagnostic facilities - bidders may apply for CT scan MRI or both modalities with separate bids for each hospital and modality - bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure with technical and financial proposals - pre bid meeting scheduled on 29 April 2026 at 03:00 PM - bids will be opened electronically at 03:00 PM on same day after submission deadline - eligibility requires registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and compliance with procurement rules - joint ventures allowed as per conditions and incomplete or manual submissions will not be accepted Pro Tip Ensure submission of separate compliant bids for each hospital and modality through EPADS to avoid disqualification
