E-tender for rehabilitation of sewerage network in WASA Layyah including complete civil works covering repair reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing sewerage infrastructure pipelines manholes and associated drainage system components to restore functionality and improve sanitation services. Scope includes excavation pipe laying replacement of damaged sewer lines reconstruction of manholes alignment correction leakage control and system testing ensuring operational efficiency. Procurement under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 through EPADS single stage e-bidding procedure with electronic submission only. Estimated cost Rs 9.100 million with earnest money 5 percent amounting to Rs 0.455 million in shape of CDR in favor of Director Finance WASA Layyah. Contractors must be PEC registered category C-6 or above active taxpayers and compliant with EPADS registration requirements. Bid validity 120 days completion period 35 days.
