Procurement includes civil works comprising estimate for soaking left marginal bund through filling of wetting channel along the bund before flood season 2026 at Panjnad Headworks - estimate for soaking right marginal bund through filling of wetting channel along the bund before flood season 2026 - providing and laying shingle for all weather roads on colony protection bund downstream Panjnad Headworks - providing and laying shingle for all weather roads from RD 10+000-12+000 19+000-21+000 34+000-36+000 62+500-68+000 on left marginal bund upstream Panjnad Headworks. Bidding shall be conducted through e-PADS using encrypted e-bids uploaded in PDF format as per Punjab Public Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors must be registered with PEC FBR PRA PPRA and e-PADS system in relevant categories. Earnest money equal to 4 percent of estimated cost is required in shape of CDR to be uploaded and original submitted before opening. Bids must be free from malware and submitted online before deadline and will be opened in presence of bidders. Bid validity period is 120 days and successful bidder must provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract value. Conditional incomplete or corrupt bids will be rejected and procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
