Procurement Of Electrical Appliances For University Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply of electrical appliances as per detailed specifications provided in tender documents with total estimated cost of Rs 16266116 for institutional use. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 requiring submission of separate technical and financial bids via EPADS portal. Bidders must be income tax and sales tax registered firms and must upload bids electronically before deadline while ensuring proper completion signing and stamping of documents. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of Treasurer and must be uploaded with bid while original must be submitted before opening of technical bids otherwise bid will be rejected. Bids will be opened as per scheduled time and incomplete late or non compliant bids will not be considered.
