Renovation And Revamping Of Government Building Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes renovation and revamping of building including civil works structural repairs electrical works and associated improvements as per approved DNIT and BOQ. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS requiring submission of technical and financial bids separately. Eligible contractors must be PEC registered in relevant category and must submit earnest money equal to 2 percent of estimated cost amounting to Rs 981129 in form of CDR or bank draft. Bids must be submitted electronically and original earnest money must be provided before deadline otherwise bids will be rejected. Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids. Pro Tip Ensure EPADS submission with complete BOQ and timely earnest money submission to avoid disqualification
