Procurement includes multiple works such as repair of officer residence repair and painting of pediatric ward murals upgradation of ground to recreational park and special repair works of institutional buildings with estimated costs ranging from Rs 479,917 to Rs 1,347,860 and bid security 2% of estimated cost. Bidding follows single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 05-05-2026 till 01:00 PM and opened at 02:00 PM same day. Original CDR along with CNIC copy required before opening. Procurement agency reserves right to reject bids under Rule 35
